Mobile Dairy Classroom

Free Assembly:
Kindergarten – Sixth Grades

This outdoor assembly brings a cow to California schools. Students learn about the anatomy of a cow, what a dairy cow eats & drinks and how milk gets from the cow to the milk containers in their homes.

The assembly for the lower elementary grades lasts 30 minutes and the upper elementary assembly lasts 45 minutes. It must be scheduled in the morning; since we have to get the cow back to the dairy to be milked!

This assembly integrates Language Arts, Math and Science, while teaching about agriculture’s contribution to our food supply and providing your students with knowledge of healthy food and activity choices.
